Today this writer contacted her re-elected MP Alan Johnson to ascertain his position on the Hunting Act.
We simply googled Mr Johnson and emailed him directly as we know he will respond. He has done so many times previously.

If you are concerned about plans for a free parliamentary vote on hunting in the Commons get busy now.
The most painful legislation, which is that seen as most important to the Tories, will be quickly pushed through parliament whilst other parties have no leaders. If SNP and other Scottish MPS chose not to vote on English only parliamentary plans the hunting act in England is doomed.
