Wednesday's PMQs in the UK has become something of a mixture of Whitehall farce come vaudeville come pantomime with David Cameron occupying a few lead roles notably the villain of the piece, the comedy element and an ugly sister. When Mr Cameron's anger rises he looks anything but pretty.
