It literally only takes 5 minutes to complete it....if you were on the Electoral Register previously you will still need to re-register. The Government has introduced a new deadline for voter registration (reducing the previous timescale by a year) to stop Labour mounting a registration drive which might confound their plans to gerrymander the constituency boundaries. So please help by sharing this and the message that by not registering before December you are helping make a future Tory Government more likely. Join the mass protests against government policies at the Tory party conference Tens of thousands will join the protests against a range of government policies at the Tory party conference, 3-7 October, including the mass demonstration called by the TUC this Sunday 4 October. Stop the War is organising a Cut War Not Welfare bloc on Sunday's TUC anti-austerity march. We will be there for all the protests over the week, which includes Stop the War's public meeting Don't Bomb Syria: Stop the Spread of War on Tuesday 6 October (see below). Protest makes a difference, please do join us in Manchester if you can. There are coaches from around the country going to the TUC demonstration on Sunday.
